Terms Conditions

By making a booking or bookings with us, you agree and accept our terms and conditions.

  • Reservation and Tariff
    • The Tourists with advance booking / walk-in should pay fully the occupancy charges, extra guest charges and taxes, if any, for the number of days to be occupied before the actual check-in.

    • Payment is accepted only in CASH mode. No cheques will be accepted.

    • Credit card swipe is subject to availability of the network. If credit card fails to swipe, only cash will be accepted.

    • Tourist should carry a print out of booking voucher and an original photo ID proof.

    • The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any applicable Meals and other services are available at extra cost. Tariff is subject to revision as and when required.

    • Intercom, Hair Dryer, Satellite T. V. and Electric Kettle are provided as an additional facility to the tourists. In case of failure, NO REFUND will be given.

    • Room service or serving at any other area than Restaurant for restaurant items will attract 10% extra room-service charges on the bill amount.

    • No refund admissible for shortening of period / unoccupied period / or any other reason.

    • One children below 10 years is free, only if sharing the bed with parents. Extra bedding would be provided with additional cost of Rs. 200/- per day per children.
  • Cancellation of Booking
    • If the booking is cancelled 4 days before the date of booking, 10% of the total accommodation value will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded to the tourist.
    • If the booking is cancelled between 4 to 1 day before the date of booking, 30% of the total accommodation value will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded to the tourist.
    • If the booking is cancelled on the date of booking or after the date of booking is over, 100% of the total accommodation value will be deducted (No Refund).
    • If alterations are made in booking dates, new dates shall be given based on the availability.
  • Check In and Check Out
    • Check-in time will be the time mentioned on the Booking Voucher or the actual check-in time or 12:00 hrs, whichever is earlier.

    • Check-out time is 24 hours. Check-out time for the last day of accommodation will be 23 hours. Please inform the reception 15 minutes before you wish to check-out.

    • Check-out process will be followed only after the inspection of the room is done by our staff for damages or loss, if any.

    • Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond your check-out time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

  • Guest Behaviour
    • Respect local traditions and local people while you go for sightseeing.
    • Do not take our bath clothing like Towels or Face Towels (Napkins) outside the resort premises especially on the beach. If any clothing is found dirty beyond cleaning, the cost of the same will be recovered by the Guest. Management's decision will be final in such case.
    • Washing of cloths in the rooms is strictly not allowed except your inner cloths. Do not wash the cloths in the bath bucket of copper (known as Ghangale).
    • Non-vegetarian food items and alcoholic liquors are strictly NOT allowed in the resort premises including, in the room(s) assigned to you.
    • Bringing or storing goods or any article of a combustible or hazardous nature or prohibited or of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss, financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests's own negligence and non-observance of any instructions.
    • Cooking or any ignition is not allowed in the room.
    • Keep the resort premises clean. Do not disturb the nature in the resort premises, including but not limited to acts like plucking of flowers, fruits, leaves or branches of the trees or in any other whatsoever manner.
    • The resort premises contains several mango trees which are cultivated and maintained by using costly organic and natural articles. If plucking of mango fruits is observed, Rs. 200/- will be charged per fruit irrespective of its ripening status.
    • Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
    • No heavy trunks or anything as deemed inappropriate by the Management should be stored in the room.
    • It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premises or to any other Guests. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the resort forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
  • Other Terms and Conditions
    • The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or Guest's any other property from either the resort room or the ward-robe or any other part of the resort for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
    • As the resort is in the close vicinity of nature, insects and small animals like frogs, spiders are bound to be a part of the resort. We have all possible preventive measures against this, but it is beyond human efforts to remove all of them all the time. It is advisable to carry any particular and necessary medication along with you. It may be possible that small animals like frogs, spiders may come inside the room. In such case, please be patient and call reception to remove them outside the room.
    • The resort is based on eco-friendly concept. Being eco-friendly, we are not providing artificial air conditioning in the rooms, but structure is designed in such way that there will be enough natural air circulation.
    • Due to loadsheding or other electricity issues, we would operate Generator in our resort. However, this would not substitute 24 hours electricity supply for operation of electrical units in the rooms. Generator may not be used in case of electricity failure and the occupancy is less. Using of generator is at sole discretion of the management. In that case, NO REFUND would be given.
    • In case of electricity failure or failure of any tool or equipment provided by the resort, there will not be any deduction in the rent charged.
    • The hot water geysers cannot be run on generators. In case of necessity of hot water in such incidence, the hot water bucket will be arranged.
    • The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
    • If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 30 calendar days, the Management has the right to dispose of these items. Any lost and found luggage may be send to Guest's address if requested, at the cost of the Guest.
    • Our staff may check the room from time to time.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
